We want to know which pages are read. We do not want to know who you are. When you write to us, we keep what you typed so we can answer — nothing more.

URUNIQU3 s.r.o., with its registered office at Dlouhá 730/35, 110 00 Praha 1 – Staré Město, Czech Republic, Company ID (IČO) 24444774, VAT ID (DIČ) CZ24444774 (the “controller”, “we”), processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Czech law. This notice explains that processing transparently, as the GDPR requires.

1. Who processes your personal data

2. What personal data we process

  • your name,
  • your company, if you give it,
  • your email address,
  • the content of the message you send us,
  • your answer to how ready you are to move,
  • technical and statistical data about how this site is used, to the extent it is necessary or you have allowed it.

3. Why we process it

  • to answer the message you sent through the contact page,
  • to talk with you before any contract is agreed,
  • to keep a record of enquiries we have received,
  • to run this website securely and correctly,
  • to measure visits and improve the site, if you allow statistics.

4. On what legal ground

a) Steps before a contract. If you contact us about working together, processing your data is necessary so that we can reply and talk before any contract is agreed.

b) Our legitimate interest. Keeping a record of enquiries, protecting legal claims, and keeping the site secure and functional.

c) Your consent. Statistics cookies are used only with your consent. You can withdraw it at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.

d) Legal obligations. Where the law requires us to process or keep data.

5. Who else may see it

Your data may be made available to suppliers who help us run this site and the services behind it, only as far as that purpose requires. They act as processors, on our instructions and under contractual and security safeguards. Currently:

  • Lovable Labs Incorporated — hosting the site and the database behind it,
  • Supabase, Inc. — the database and sign-in service used for enquiries, statistics and our team’s private access,
  • Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) — sends the one-time sign-in code to our own team; no visitor email is sent through it,
  • an IP-to-location lookup service — used for a moment to derive the country and city of a visit; the address itself is never stored,
  • Google Ireland Limited — delivers the Inter typeface used on this site.

6. Transfers outside the EU

We prefer processing inside the European Union and the European Economic Area. Where a cloud or communication service transfers data outside the EU/EEA, that transfer is made in line with the GDPR, in particular under appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

7. How long we keep it

  • enquiries from the contact page: 3 years from our last contact with you,
  • visit statistics: 24 months,
  • our own access log for the private team area — sign-ins, sign-outs, code requests and refused attempts, with the email address used, the browser description and the country, kept on the ground of our legitimate interest in protecting that area: 12 months,
  • anything the law requires us to keep: for the period that law sets, then deleted.

8. Your rights

You have the right of access to your data, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to have processing restricted, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. Write to ahoy@uruniqu3.com and we will answer within one month.

9. Automated decision-making

We do not make decisions about you by automated means and we do not profile you. Nothing here is sold or handed to advertisers.
